Would you like to be a part of the hugely Annual Poker Run on Lake Lanier this year? We Need You!

Volunteer Sign Up (Poker Run)

I’d like to volunteer for…

We need Vols to escort kids from some of the Charities starting at 9 AM on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th. You will join them on a Private Houseboat (lunch included) for viewing the Poker Run and then a fun filled day at the Water Park on both Saturday and Sunday. Your goal is to show them a great time and have fun doing it! Kids range in age from 6 to 16. Contact team lead Pauline Peters at 678-665-4322.

Want to see all the decorated boats, classic boats and the go-fast boats up close? We need Vols to help with Boat Docking on Friday 15th (Noon to 2PM) from and Sat 16th (Noon 6PM) at Margaritaville. Contact team lead Chris Harding at 678-756-1970.

Photographers - Are you a shutterbug? Like to take pictures and be right in the middle of the Poker Run? We need Vols to take pics of the event (Press Pass issued). Build your portfolio with some great shots of the event. Contact Board Member - Ronnie Gordon at 678-410-4489 for more details.

Do you have a Golf Cart and want to help out? We need help with Vols for VIP escorts and Large Donors. This includes driving a golf cart around to and from the Helicopter Lading area, drop off at Captain's meeting and more. We need help on Friday June 15th and Saturday 16th. Interested in learning more about becoming a Board Member at Lanier Partners? We need Vols for assisting at the Event at Large, Vendor Village, Capt's Meeting, Trophies, Set up and Tear down - Friday 15th and Sat 16th. Best Pirate Costume and Best Decorated Pirate Boat Awards

To celebrate our “Pirate” theme, each year we give out awards for the Best Dressed Pirates and Best Decorated Pirate Boat. This adds fun and excitement to our charity event and it is open to adults and children alike.

We welcome your whole family’s participation. Awards are given at our Saturday night event at Landshark Landing. Our celebration is topped off with an amazing Fireworks display at 10pm!

The 2022 Poker Run event has more great attractions than ever! See awesome Go Fast boats, brand new boats on display, an antique wooden boat club in attendance, and one of a kind custom motorcycles are all part of the festivities. Additionally, our sponsors will have booths to reach out to meet community members.
